"Booked online, then got a call later that day asking to reschedule the time and massage therapist. The day before my massage I got a call advising that the staff member they’d rescheduled me to was sick and no one else could do it that day so they cancelled my booking. Very disappointing as it was my birthday. I then had to call back again later to ask that my deposit be refunded, which if I hadn’t remembered would have been kept by the salon. Won’t be going back."
