"I checked in at 2pm after a very long travel night/day. I was in a 12 bed dorm and when I checked in, there was 3 empty beds in my room. I understand each person is assigned a bed; however, I didn’t see bed numbers labelled clearly so just took one of the empty bottom bunk bed ones. Around 430pm, during a nap since I had been awake since 10am the day before (due to travel), I was woken by staff stating I was in the wrong bed. They were invasive, and demanded I get up immediately to move into the proper bed (upper bunk bed). There was another guest checking in, and I was in their bed. They did require a bottom bunk understandably so I wouldn't have had a problem moving; however, there was another empty bottom bunk in the room that was available. It was empty the whole night and next morning when I checked out. So why did they have to wake me up from sleep, demand I move, when there was another bottom bunk available all night?"

"Don’t trust the good google reviews. A friend and booked a room for three nights but left after the first night. There was mold in our room. You could see and smell it. When we asked for a refund because nobody told us about the mold we just got a rude answer. We ended up paying for the hostel plus another one because we were worried about our health."

"I don't know how this hostel can have such a good rating. We booked for 3 nights and checked out after the first night. The air in the room was very stuffy, which is probably due to the mold in the hostel. The bathrooms were also full of mold and the floor was always wet and partly full of hair. we felt very uncomfortable on site, and it is also irresponsible not to give a warning about the mold. We tried to get our money back, but that didn't work either. The front desk was very unfriendly when we asked them about the conditions. They probably know about the mold too, so why isn't there a comment about it on the website? I would not recommend this hostel to anyone even though the location is good."

"The room and all amenities are clean (this is one of the reason why I stayed). Homie vibe. The reception and all employees are great! The place is very accessible. Highly recommended! I have stayed in this place for 16 days from initial 10 nights! They make it really convenient to extend unlike other hostels I've been. Such great experience! Thank you! Will definitely go back."

"The staff is amazing, the hostel was pretty quite which I liked it, nice hanging out area, the kitchen was not too bad, the location is very comfy, the hostel would need some renovation for sure, especially removing the mould would be great! Good price though"
