"DO NOT BUY AT THIS STORE!!!!!! Very dishonest. I recently purchased a love bird at this store and sadly it passed away in 48 hours. I emailed the shop,no reply. I called the manager Hannes, he told me that he can't give me an exact date of when the replacement bird gonna come and he is keeping my funds ($500) as credits in his shop. I told him you can't keep my money like this and not giving me a replacement bird and he said he can!!! I checked my receipt and term & conditions. There is nothing on the receipt showing that the store has the right to keep your funds without giving you a replacement bird. Now my money is gone and I don't have a bird! Don't go there!! Greedy and dishonest business !!!"
"Awesome bird set up so you can actually hold some hand reared parrots, lovebirds, etc. Staff are super friendly and helpful. Also range of fish, mice, rabbits, and hamsters."
