"I usually have such great experiences with the owner who does a fantastic job with my eyebrows! A long term customer, even during COVID. So much so that I take time to travel to get there (not local). Unfortunately today, the lady who did my eyebrows (the owner wasn’t there), took too much off my left eyebrow changing the shape. I expressed this too her, without her understanding. Now I will have to wait for the hair to grow back to get the correct shape again. Disappointing is an understatement of how I feel."
