"Unfortunately there is not good communication in this place. What my daughter and I asked for is the opposite of what we received. I went in with acrylic nails wanting to keep the length and he cut them so short you could see my natural nail underneath. He never asked, just chopped them all off so quickly I never had a chance to stop him. My daughter got French tips but the white took up most of her nail. When I called to ask him if he would redo them he said it was my fault and not his. Terrible customer service! Plus her cuticles were bleeding which he also blamed her for."
"Worst pedicure ever. I called in advance asking If they had experience with ingrown nails, they said yes and that they would have a look. Once I got there they said they would do it.Then cut on my toe nails very badly and in the wrong way, I had to do it myself to try and make them better, It was very painful and they were laughing as they had no idea what they were doing. Terrible experience. If you don’t know how to do something just say it don’t make it even worst and painful you could easily cause more damage."
