"I came to this place on a Friday afternoon. It was very busy and only 1 person was working who I believe was the owner. There were 5 customers in the shop which meant she had to juggle between servicing everyone and most had to wait until the previous person was finished. As a result my hair cut was rushed (completed in 10 minutes even though I had a full style cut with long hair) and my "blow-dry" included a quick run over with the hair dryer until my hair was only damp (not wet). I only found out about this place because of a deal through Groupon. It had good reviews so I thought I'd give it a go. To make matters worse from the whole experience is that she refused to accept the voucher at the end because it was a "busy day", so I was forced to pay full price and advised that I can come back another day to use it. No way am I coming back again after this!"
