They did have a huge problem with cockroaches which has been rectified and the rooms were a touch out of date but here was my experience: They support families in need, children everywhere laughing and making the most of a bad situation Our aircon was working, which was great during summer The cleaners would come at your request Staff were extremely nice and even the manager would help clean rooms that were left in filth from other families Complaints were tended to Staff were fantastic and did their very best."
