"Great accomodation for a last minute flight cancellation where we needed somewhere urgently. The whole process from booking to checkout was very easy and pleasant, great service and very nice, clean rooms for a comparatively cheap price. No restaurant but you can buy some drinks from reception. Simple but just what you need when you need it!"

"We were so very pleasantly surprised. Very comfortable beds with the choice of firm or soft pillows. We had one of the best steaks in a long time from the dining room. Scrumptious. A very nice touch was that we could weigh our luggage prior to getting to bag check at the terminal. (Shame the shops were shut, I could have done MORE shopping as it turns out). A most enjoyable way to start the next leg of our journey."

"Bad start - waited 30-40 minutes in cold rainy weather to get picked up by their shuttle. In the room there was non-stop sound like AC sound coming from outside the room, not super loud but uncomfortable. We tried to use the heater to warm up the room but it made only more noise without heating the room at all and we gave up after an hour. Still cold! Room had smell of old things, probably the old carpet. The wardrobe had stagnant smell inside so we hang clothes on chair and suitcases handles. Beds were clean and comfortable. Bathroom was clean, functional and all essentials were there. Got a meal using room service late at night - pretty good. Staff are pleasant. Coffee in the bar was very good. IMO a budget room in hotel needs to be basic and functional and easy to clean, not try to be fancy yet end up smelly. Carpets don't belong in high traffic places like hotels because cleaners don't get much time to clean the room and carpets are impossible to rid of dirt and smells on regular basis and quickly."

"An overnight stay prior to catching a flight . Efficient but friendly reception staff. Room exceptionally clean showing only very minor wear. A clean bathroom, well supplied with linen and a clean shower curtain. Very good tea coffee and microwave facility. Bed very comfortable with a range of pillows of varying softness with the firm one indicated by a mark on the pillow case. Room service friendly and prompt - the antipasto plate was generous without being excessive. Breakfast in the restaurant offered the usual comprehensive range although here, the food was fresher than that I have experienced in other places. Staff were unobtrusive but politely helpful if needed. A good start to my overseas holiday."
