"Prices adversitied don't match the actual price. Price tag was 3.23 but ended up paying more at the counter. The lady at the counter with tattoos in her 20s was rude and unprofessional. Told her about this and she said "it's 3.69", i then told her the tags needs to be updated but didn't get a reply as if it's normal to have a different price than advertised. First and last time at this store"
"When was the last time this place was cleaned? Absolutely filthy shop I would never want to take my pets here they will leave with a sickness! Teach your staff how to clean seriously! The shop looks like it hasn’t been mopped for years, dirty cages and floors, actual piles of dust and dirt laying around. Cats stored over in the dark corner. Not a nice place at all."
"I wanted to make a booking for the salon, I said tomorrow and the person answered the called she said it would be fine. However the groomer would return my call around 4-5pm. And i waited until 5.35pm.She called me and told me the booking was full for another two weeks. Hey, in this case I couldn't call another salon to make bookings, 5.35pm they were all closed. One staff member told me it would be fine, but she tricked me, and I didn't get to groom the puppy today."
"Prices have drastically increased with the sale to a different company. My dog is on a limited diet and a roll of dog food jumped from $21 a roll to $30 in a few weeks with no acknowledgment or explanation. My best friends membership gave me 10% off and the new one I get a 20c discount. I’m grateful it’s still stocked and will continue to go here but use pet circle for everything else because I can’t afford it. The staff are friendly and informative."
