"Been pretty impressed with this Pizza Hut, it's right near work and popular with the crew. Wait times can be lengthy though if busy. Queued customers in store need to be given priority over delivery scooter rider pickups, as they are often rude and just barge in. Need to get medium pizza bases back too, not good enough only having a large base only... sometimes that's too much for one person. No issues with the pizza quality though, has always been good."

"If I could put a 0 star review I definitively would. That level of disrespect and incompetence is getting me to question on how they can stay open. Especially after reading now the many complaints for this specific restaurant. I ordered some pizzas last night (21/06/23) at my work as we were having a very busy night and we were stuck at work. I ordered the pizzas at 6.43pm for an estimate delivery arrival at 7.22pm. We then decided to call them at 7.23pm because we noticed something was off, the order tracker was not working. It seems to us that they had never accepted the order, the money was taken though. After struggling to speak to any staff on the phone, we managed to speak to a staff member who blatantly lied to us by telling us the delivery will be ready in 5min. Our pizzas never came. And we were at work until 10.30pm.... After an hour of wait and being so hungry and stuck at our work, we decided to try to call them again and impossible to get through anyone. I guess they blocked all the phone calls. After 2 hours of wait, we decided to file for a complain to get a refund and ordered from the competition. Do not order from Pizza Hut. Because you never know what venue you'll be assigned to and if you're unlucky to get the Docklands shop, well don't be hungry and expect a good customer service. If only they would have called us to let us know our order was delayed or cancelled, it would have been different. But they lied and made sure we couldn't speak to them. Very frustrating and so unprofessional. And it's coming from someone who works customer service so we could be understanding on a lot of things but honestly that was something else. Please do not comment this review once more with 'We're sorry to hear that and share the feedback to our head quarter', you apparently do not do it after seeing many complaints are still coming through for this restaurant."

"Ordered on the app, arrived on time and they told me it would take another 20 minutes. I asked the staff member if there was anything they could do about that. Eventually the manager came over and was rude, did not want to give any freebie or compensate for the poor service and extra delay. They just said we have many orders and just blamed their head office for the app (timing is wrong) and the confirmation email for being misleading about the pickup time and it is up to me if I want to wait. Terrible service and delays beware! Will not be ordering from this place again."

"The pizza was amazing as always but the service was poor, we went to pick up the order and waited in the front desk for someone to come. We saw the girls were working and waited for them to come but they didn’t until we called them a few times. We decided to dine in and when we sat we saw mice going around the tables with left overs and the trash bin."
