"I’m very sorry, but too much filed natural nail and unfortunately the nail ended up like paper. I couldn't do a shellac, it was only necessary do sns.. Besides, the feet after the pedicure were still very dry and the calloused epidermis had not been rubbed off.. Generally, this is not my first time at this salon, not always everything is as we would expect, but I believe that for $125 we should expect a job well done. This comment is not to make a bad opinion, but to warn other people that when you go there with healthy nails, you can leave it with totally damaged nails as me today. And there is no explanation here, because a professional should know how to properly care for our nails. And my advice - we live in Australia and it would be appropriate to use English language when clients are there, other times it is disrespect to us. Have a nice day"

"If you’re reading the comments to see if you should come here, this is your sign to find somewhere else. I got a mani pedi on Friday and the gel started peeling that day showing the under layer to still be wet. I notified the owner and they asked me to come back in, which I did and they fixed it. But then it happened AGAIN. This time I asked for a refund because I honestly didn’t want to go through the process a third time. They told me that they don’t do refunds and it’s clearly the way I’m doing it. I’m normally one to not complain but I have never had SNS and Shellac peal and especially not after 1 day."

"This was my first time in Sii Nails as I just moved into Concord. I was in Five Dock before and used to do my SNS nails at Sexy nails there which I was very happy with. It normally takes an hour to do the job, but at Sii Nails it was way shorter. SNS normally stays on for 3 weeks but 5 of my nail colors chipped in less than 10 days. I booked and went back but they refused to fix it and asked for another 50 dollars. Staff at Sii Nails were very rigid and impolite. Money was not an issue and my time and the respect is more important to me so I walked out and changed my nail shop. Will never go to Sii Nails again and also recommend you to have a second though if you feel the same way as me about the service."

"I’ve been here twice and both times my nails have started chipping on the 3rd day. This is shellac and sns. They rush their clients and aren’t very pleasant to deal with. Not coming here again. These are my nails 1 week from when I got them done at this place. Nope I don’t do any hand intensive work. Yup not going here again."
