"I’ve cut my hair here a few times and most times, I’ve had positive experiences until today. I booked online to get my fringe cut and waited almost an hour. I had a reference picture of curtain bangs, instead I got something so unflattering with uneven strands at the front. I could probably do it at home to save myself $15 for just a simple fringe that didn’t even turn out nice. My advice is to get a female worker to cut your hair if you come here because they know what they’re doing. I got a guy named Lewis and he didn’t do a good job to cut a simple fringe. He spent probably 2 minutes to cut my fringe. My sister who also came with me hated her haircut from him. For the price we’re paying, I had high expectations."
