"I get eyelashes extensions for years and I tried this place for the first time. When she’s started, it was very uncomfortable compared to other places. She kept hitting my eyeball with eyelashes as she was working. It’s been three days and I’ve had an allergic reaction over the past 24 hours. I called to see if they could help me and they said I could come get them removed, but not offered a refund or credit."
"Poor service and super unprofessional bunch of girls ready to take your money. To lure the customers They quickly just tell you to sit without even listening to what you even want them to do. I chose from their package "Brows Lamination+Henna tint+Threading". So I sat down, girly started from applying henna colour on my brows and leaving me for a good 15-20 mins. Once she came back I asked how long will the Lamination take, she wasn't even sure and asked her other colleague which she replies by saying " Lamination won't last long with the henna on", by that time I was furious. I said you should've told me and why you guys even have it written on your website and on the counter aera. I just told her to finish with the Henna as Lamination won't work. Leaving me like that sitting on the chair, the girl went for her lunch break (again unprofessionalism). I asked an other girl to just remove the Henna off, as it was dry hard. The work which could've taken only 15-20 mins I ended up sitting there for 40mins and giving $60 for the results I wasn't even happy at the end. So waste of money and TIME. NOT GOING BACK TO THAT PLACE AGAIN. ( advice: please train your employees well )"
"If you’re going for eyebrow threading, definitely book it with Monica! I’ve been to many eyebrow places in Sydney and she’s the only one who’s been consistently great. She even fixed my eyebrows when the other place ruined it. I loved the shape after the threading. She’s also such a great professional! 10/10!"
"I got eyebrows threading from Monica yesterday. She did a great job! All done in 5 minutes and they looked perfect! Gave one star less coz its too pricey! Paid $20 for eyebrows threading only. But highly recommend Monica!!"
