Hair Valley

"I’ve been a customer of hair valley a few years. I was making enquiry in regards to the prices that was advertised on their website. I was speaking to the person in charge who I believed was the manager but then he told me I could speak to the manager tomorrow. So there was two prices for foils for short and long hair, which were starting prices, then with added extras obviously the prices would be different. Therefore short hair with added extras would have one price and long hair with added extras would have another price. In my conversation with this person who claimed he was in charge said they have a package deal at the moment for $169, which I then responded why is it the same price for the package deal for both short hair and long hair for the complete package if the starting price for short hair for foils is $115 and the starting price for long hair for foils is $150 and then the added extras for short hair would be one price and the added extras for long hair a different price? But he was telling me that it was one price of $169 complete package. That to me doesn’t make sense at all, almost like false advertising. Then his response to me was if you’re not happy with our prices you can go elsewhere to a different salon. He also said I can’t talk to you right now I’m serving my clients. He was really rude telling me to go elsewhere instead of helping out a client of a few years. I was a client also but instead of rectifying the situation he tells the client to go elsewhere, so so rude."

"Went to have the permanent hair straightening and it worked absolutely beautiful after but that's the sad part it only lasted a week. When it was time to wash my hair myself my hair returned to its curl pattern and I am now straightening my hair like I've never had it before. The service was not permanent and instead very temporary or semi permanent if you wish to call it that."
