"It’s very sad and disappointing to see service like this. I was here with a friend of mine for the first time to do our nails(so we don’t know much about nails), so we were asking some questions regarding SNS and acrylics and shellac. The fact that they got annoyed and the way they treated us was terrible and heartbreaking. They could have politely denied to serve us or reschedule appointment if it was a hassle for them to explain. However treating others with so much disrespect and rudeness- WOW I can understand how hard and tiring this business can be, but it takes nothing to be kind and respectful. I will not recommend this place to anyone and I personally will NEVER EVER visit this place again. Arrogant and rude service I’ve ever come across in my whole life.."
