"I just got off the phone to a delightful customer service assistant as I hadn't received any shipping notification or tracking and my newly adopted doggo desperately needs a wash. Great surprise, it's waiting for collection at the post office which is a reasonable walking distance for us. I'm so excited to try their products as I bought a couple of different shampoos, conditioner, and their odour neutralizing spray. If their products are as good as their customer service they're going to be fantastic. Bath time"

"I can’t recommend Lux & Bones highly enough. Lola loves her harness and lead. I love that we have the added security of velcro then metal clips and then double rings to secure to the lead and ensure that she cannot wriggle her way out of the harness. The step in harness is one of the best things I have purchased for Lola and I now won’t use any other brand. If you want comfort and security for your furbabies then purchase the Lux & Bones harness and lead set. I have now purchased my second set so that I always have a spare when I want to wash my main one. Thank you for such a fantastic product."
"So impressed with Amanda and her team. Not only an exceptionally made product (that also happens to look EXTREMELY classy!) but also AMAZING customer service. Friendly, professional, and nothing is ever too much trouble. My dogs (and I have many!) LOVE wearing their harnesses.
