"I usually never write reviews however during my experience, the workers did not care for my well-being what so ever and continuously tugged my hair while dying and washing even when I verbally told them to be more gentle. The lady burned my scalp while drying my hair with the blow dryer with my piercings getting caught as she was pulling it. As they were washing my hair, it was the most torture i’ve ever experienced. They were rushing my hair and it was stinging by the end of it. Dont come here unless u want your hair to be inflamed and just an overall terrible experience i left in tears."

"The wax the hair dresser used on my hair didn't feel right, it's rather like soapy water and when I ask them to fix the back of my hair, which was cut in a creative zigzag fashion, she insisted that it's how my head looks like in the first place. So I asked for the manager, but it's complete chaos and there wasn't even a clear answer who the manager is. When the 'manager' came along finally, she repeated again and again 'nothing is wrong'. Eventually the zigzag was fixed up, however I lost almost all my fringe in the afternoon. The customer experience is just dreadful and the when my hair is pulled up to be cut it hurts."

"I have never had a problem with the service provided at this hairdresser. The staff are all lovely and have been able to pull off anything I've asked for. Have been coming to this salon for 12 years, and their prices are amazing for the quality of service"

"I told the hairdresser I only wanted my split ends trimmed. She layered my hair without my permission. When I asked her not to thin my hair, she dismissed me and said "It'll make it easier to wash your hair", despite my repeated objections. Very upset that she ignored what I asked and shortened years of growth without permission. She also repeatedly yanked my hair while combing out knots with her fingers. There were 2 occasions where she touched my face while moving my hair aside - prodding her finger into my left eye and hooking my lip, with no apology. Finally, when my haircut was finished, she did not comb out all the loose hairs. She took the apron off me and let the loose hairs fall onto my arms and clothing, then stood there while I picked them off with my fingers. Poor quality haircut which I regret. It will literally take years to grow out my hair to correct this. Maybe other hairdressers at this studio are professional, but this one (brown bob hairstyle) is not."
