"Disgusting service every single lady in there was rude and unprofessional, the lady doing my lashes ripped a bunch of my natural ones out and blamed a previous last technician when really she had no idea what she was doing! She rushed them and didn’t listen to anything I asked for , her and another lady also talking over the top of me and laughing and made it such an uncomfortable experience. Do yourself a favour and do not step foot in this place. So disappointing"

"Totally rude!!! Passive aggressive!!! Disgraceful customer service. Disappointing that they operate in our local community. Make appointments that they don't keep. Made an appointment, turned up and they were totally full. was told it would not be long. I waited over 40 minutes past my appointment and then just left. So frustrating as I was trying to fit this in between work appointments. So disrespectful. Don't take appointments if you cannot keep them. Just do "walk-in"! Really made my blood boil. The other thing is they charge whatever they feel like and it is always "cash only" - no internet connection. Funny that most nail salons have this problem. None of the other Lugarno shops have a connectivity issue. Maybe we need to ring the Australian Tax Office. My friend went the other day and they charged her $55 for SNS - yet two and a half weeks ago they charged her $45. Whilst I was there another lady that was with her husband and had both just had a pedicure complained about the random pricing- $35 this time , yet just before Christmas weeks it was $25."

"I have been getting my nails done here for a while out of convenience as I live in the area and work full time. everytime i have gone here they have been extremely rude to me, the staff are passive aggressive. They have also every single time burnt my skin off with the drills and blamed it on me? The shellac always peels off after a week, just not good quality. My nails are always bumpy on the sides and inconsistent, they don’t let you pay with card either so have cash if you choose to go here. On my day off I want to relax and have a pleasant experience getting my nails done treating myself PAYING FOR A SERVICE. This is certainly not a relaxing OR pleasant experience."
