Domino's Pizza Enmore

"Ordered pizza 2 hrs before closing time and account was debited. Waited an hour and tried to call the store.. No answer, no explanation or voice mail saying they closed early. Now it's to late for me to order food elsewhere. Any business that leaves a online ordering portal open when not actually doing orders is actually shonky practice and tech has evolved enough for this to be avoided. Lowest level of service a place can offer has just been achieved."

"We ordered a drink in our last order the person sent to go pick up the order wasn’t given the drink. We submitted a request for a refund of the drink which had no response have gone back to the store today to ask if we can just have the drink and was told no the order was in the past. It should be the store’s responsibility to make sure that the correct items are handed to the person picking up the order. If no refund can be provided we will write a complaint to Australian consumer law"

"I called up after my delivery of 3 pizzas was an hour late' The guy was so rude and then hung up on me, He then sent my pizzas 2 hours later Only to my amazement this pizza it was made on crust covered in mould! MOULD!!!! Immediately identified by my friend who owned his own bakery for 23 years. I am considering strong legal action."
