"Absolutely disgusting pet grooming service. DO NOT GET YOUR DOG GROOMED HERE. I booked in my 4 month old puppy for her first ever groom. When I arrived groomer mentioned it was perfect the groom was booked in at 10am as they’re usually pretty quiet in the mornings and it’s good for puppies. I was also told by the groomer it’ll take around 2 hours. I get a call 2 hours later which I answer to my puppy howling crying in the background - I get told by the groomer that “ we just couldn’t get to grooming your dog if you can please pick her up”. I’m not entirely sure what possessed the groomer to leave my puppy locked up in a crate for 2 whole hours just for me to pick her up ungroomed and distressed. I wasn’t given any explanation as to why she was kept for 2 hours, no apologies or compensation for a groom in the future (not that I would bring my puppy back there anyway). Extremely disappointing service."

"I am absolutely disgusted in the service I received from this store, especially from the manager Ilish I believe her name is.. Not only did they deny me from buying 1 small fish for my sons 3rd birthday they were rude and spoke about me pulling faces behind the counter. I wanted to keep the fish in a bowl for one night for him to wake up to they didn’t ever give me the benefit of doubt that I have the ability to take care of the fishes welfare before moving into a filtered tank. I have had many fish in my life and one night would not have killed the fish yet they HAVE RUINED MY SONS SURPRISE however they have now lost a valuable customer. I will be following this complain through."
