Renee gave great advice and listened to everything I asked her to do and reached out to the in-store beauty therapist when I discussed concerns with my eyebrows that were poorly waxed by another store. Shuchi (the beauty therapist) was more than happy to fix my eyebrows, despite being so busy, (at half price!) amidst my hair appointment and was extremely kind, empathetic and experienced! Such a lovely lady :) I'm so thankful that Renee offered for my eyebrows to be fixed mid-appointment and listened to me attentively! She was also so kind and did an amazing job. Ultimately, La Rells is an extremely professional and clean establishment with kind, highly experienced and highly skilled staff. Will definitely go again!"
