Not sure what the previous person is talking about as my room, (and i believe from speaking with the owners), all other rooms too have been recently painted, have new beds, new bedding, new tvs, new air conditioners, new pillows. Seemed spotless to me and all the other 4/5 star reviews i see on here for the ascot - management seem to be trying real hard to make everything here great, including the fellow patrons staying around you - they mentioned just last week they had to evict a girl a day early due to multiple rule-breaks and noise complaints. i appreciate the effort they go to improve the place and wonder if that girl ever wrote a negative review that seemed out of line with all other reviews?"
