"I enjoyed my stay and i was able to relax after a long trip from melbourne. The room was great and the location was close to the shops so it was very convenient."

"Quest Chatswood management is most unprofessional and untrustworthy. They charged me 6 months after our stay (with no warning) and claimed that it was because they could not get the money from the insurance company. I would avoid staying at this property in the future. I feel very unsafe that they have my credit card details. It is a shame as the property was convenient but the management is untrustworthy and unprofessional and really damaged the Quest name. p.s. They later refunded the money but not a word of apology."

"Give one star for answering the phone at least even after long wait times. Tried to get some assistance from 3 attempts to cancel my booking though got the run around to contact the manager that was a nightmare. Then I was advised after that I could not get a hold of the manager that they would talk to the manager and call me back but never did. Gave up and let them just have my money. At least I know where not to book next time in town."

"I was checked into a one bedroom apartment. Exhaust in the bathroom doesn’t work. Aircon is significantly noisey with due to default compressor according to the staff and loud water flowing sound throughout night and day. It was difficult to initiate and maintain sleep. After struggling for three nights I asked the lady at reception to allocate another room as I couldn’t push myself any further. I was told they don’t have any rooms available until the following day. However she rang me back in 20mins and said they have an apartment available and when I moved to that place it was not cleaned properly and it was very stuffy with some food smell. Obviously they didn’t had cleaning staff so would have changed the sheets not cleaned it. I asked her even if it is executive studio I will consider it it don’t has to be a one bedroom. This lady all she want was extra money as if she owns Quest. She asked me to upgrade instead of being empathetic. I was not asking anything extra all I was asking was similar room where I can sleep without any distractions. In the first place quest staff failed to provide the basic needs I am only asking to replace the room because of above mentioned reasons. They failed to check if everything is working in the room before they allotted. I have booking for 7days. Today is day 5 I am still in the same room where Aircon is noisey and I cannot sleep. exhaust in bathroom is not working at all. Utensils were pathetic of course they changed them on request. Udita the lady reception doesn’t understand what is hospitality. Why should I have sleepless nights when I paid so much of money. I will escalate this issue further with management. On the name of quest this is a cheap place. I would not recommend anyone to stay here. The guy whom I met during checking was decent and easy to deal with most of the staff were decent except this lady Udita who is after upgrade instead of accomodating the guest needs. Guest is not seeking anything extra than what she paid for. I would not recommend this place to anyone."

"I would not stay here again. Low class, low quality. Beds are okay, a bit uncomfortable. The bottom sheet doesn't stay tucked because it's too small. Nespresso, please. The place needs a refurbishment. Rooms are not private. There is a shared door and people can see into your room from across the street."
