"App didn’t work, online order didn’t work, calling didn’t work! Drove to store and the guy behind the counter, think his name was Blake or Blair, saved the store from a bad review. Took the order in under 30 secs and did it with a smile on his face and a can do attitude! This guy is great at his job and deserves more than just praise but a promotion! Will honestly be back because of some of the best customer service I have ever received. Well done mate"

"Disgusting pizza! Disgusting service! We pre ordered 3 large pizzas they decide to cook them ahead of time so by the time we picked them up they were cold. Upon eating the pizzas they tasted wrong so checked the toppings and numerous toppings missing on the meat lovers there were only two pieces of pepperoni on the entire pizza and unfortunately they were on 1 slice:), also they decided to just leave the meatballs off! The supreme was worse, for this one they decided to only top 2/3 ‘s of the pizza leaving the rest with delicious burnt tomato sauce. This had no pepperoni at all and lacked other toppings. I decided to call up and confirm had they run out of ingredients. I was answered by a young girl I requested the manager she basically put the phone down and picked up again and pretended to be the manager . I know this because when I advised of my concerns she went and spoke to her manager and their solution was to return to the shop (about 18 min drive) with the full pizzas and they will remake them… This was unacceptable and after more rubbish customer service I demanded to talk to her manager and his reply was no because he was “ off the clock”… Their solution eventuated to be they needed the full pizzas to do anything about it…. Unbelievable …..so won’t being doing any kind of business with ever again.. not even a chicken wing.. wouldn’t recommend unless your ok to open your pizzas and check them and if there is a problem sit and wait for them to just make them poorly all over again…"

"Don't go to a pizzeria for grilled chicken wings but if it's a good old fashioned pizza your after look no further and don't expect other Domino's to be as good either. Domino's West Gosford are in a league of their own. The team here are on fire. Consistently great looking pizzas, heaps of toppings and always tastes amazing! I'm a big believer that it's not the restaurant that produces good pizza it's the person making the pizza that produces a great pizza and the team at Domino's West Gosford are the best! In this day and age where bad service is everywhere it's nice to know you'll always be looked after at Domino's West Gosford."

"Cheapest pizzas in town but unfortunately the quality is very average compared to other pizzas. The chicken wings we ordered were only half cooked. The cheesy garlic bread was very yummy. Online ordering was good and home delivery friendly and on time."
