Mulla Villa Farm,

"We stayed at one of the cottages at Mulla Villa. We found the accommodation for the price suitable along with the friendly farm animals. The reason for the poor review was due to the hosts. Although friendly on the phone, they accused us for having more than booked guests within the cottage. Our daughter slept outside in her car and we were accused of abusing the system without consultation. I am disgusted and will not recommend this service to anyone."

"Please note that there was no safe drinking water in kitchen or bathroom. Those with allergies should note that chickens and other farm animals are free to wander into the bedroom/living rooms (as there are no fences). Those with asthma or lung issues should note the presence of extensive mould secondary to damp encountered during our stay (including on the wooden kitchen /cooking implements). Owner kindly offered to replace bedding and kitchen implements during our stay due to contamination with chicken poo and mould. The wifi was not functioning during our stay (not unusual as per the owner) and there is no phone reception with Telstra or Optus indoors (patchy from driveway). Great for those wishing to disconnect from the city or hide from the authorities."

"A beautiful location for unwinding from busy city life. Sarah is a lovely and considerate host. The cottage is spacious and neat. Some short scenic walks and lots of farm animals around."

"Fabulous wedding venue and the staff were fabulous, I stayed overnight for a wedding the next day and I was spoiled from start to finish. Jamie gave me a lovely warm welcome, Tabatha stirred up the fire and encouraged me to stay for dinner which I did by the lovely fire. Thank you to all the staff I will be back for sure. X"

"Just spent an amazing weekend at Mulla Villa. Probably one of the most relaxing breaks my wife and I have had. The staff were exceptionally friendly, professional and knowledgeable. The chef produces high quality meals that reflect the countryside. If you want the Sheraton, then go to the Sheraton, but if you want something a little less predictable and a whole lot more comforting, do yourself a favour, take a break at the villa!"
