Reviews
"Never had this bad pizza in my life. I tried twice and got dissappointed twice"
"Ordered here from Ubereats and this will probably be my new go to pizza place. Pizza has the perfect crust and sauce and garlic bread exceeded my expectations. Highly reccomend. Will probably order from them directly in future."
"RECENT: The people working there now very poor customer service, won't honour vouchers and don't care about customers who are proven to have ordered in the past. I went back to Winni's they didn't care or want to know. The staff at the front very rude. Apparently the ownership is the same but the people who used to be really good no where to be seen. It's now changed from a 4-star to 1-star. It's a shame staff have to be rude when the pizza's are actually really good. Please see below for my review prior to 2022 and I hope Winni's can return to its former glory of the best pizza and friendly staff. PRE-2022: Excellent pizza, large servings and very good prices. The owners do their best to make the best possible pizza. My favourites are beef & pineapple and supreme. Well worth ordering from if you want proper pizza's."
"This is my third time (attempting) to order pizza from Winni's for pickup. My experiences have varied each time and I will elaborate below. The first time was through Uber Eats (pick up) so the order went smoothly and I was informed that it would be ready in 10 minutes. I arrived after 20 mins, and it took another 15 minutes for the pizzas to be ready, all the while the representative insisting that my order was under a completely different name to my own and having to confirm it to them 3 times. I decided to pick up a brochure for direct dealings with them as it's cheaper than through Uber Eats. I asked the server about the vacant job role advertised in the shop for my friend, and they were not interested in giving me any information. The second instance was for pick up by direct call to the shop and a boy no older than 11 years old answered the call. After 10 minutes explaining the order it seemed to be placed. My friend went down to pick the order up and, during another longer than expected wait, was informed by the child that we had ordered completely different pizzas. She was able to correct the order and we recieved the pizzas. In these two instances the pizzas were an good price and the peperonni and prawn deluxe pizzas were edible, but the margarita was woeful. All pizzas were uneccessarily dripping in oil. This evening was the third occasion I attempted to purchase from Winni's, on which the server who answered the phone insisted that the '$30 for any 3 pizza' deal advertised on their brochure and website was only for classic pizzas, which range from $7-9 each. I could not order the traditional or chicken/prawn pizzas that I requested and did not proceed with the order. In my experience the service is non-existent and rushed, and don't expect your pizzas to be on-time or the pizzas you ordered unless you confirm instore. Considering the price if ordering directly from the store, the pizzas are okay but very oily."
