Domino's Pizza Strathfield

"Worst experience never ever going to order from here. Just avoid this place and some place which is great in service. Waited for so long already one hour not sure my order will arrive or not. waste of money"

"Edit to my Previous Review: I was recommending Peri Peri Chicken, even delivery is worst. But today I just ate pizza like a Cardboard. So stingy in Peri Peri Sauce, and you can hardly find chicken pieces. That's not what I expect by paying Sunday surcharge additional. This will be my last pizza of Strathfield Domino's. Delivery: Took 2 hours to get delivered. Pizza was ready in 15 mins, then delivered after 1 hour 45 mins. If they are not going to deliver it on time, why to cook so early and let it stay there for 1 hour 45 mins?? Pizza: I don't eat Domino's for quality, it's just quantity. Toppings - everybody knows. Now we need to use a microscope to find chicken on Peri - Peri Chicken. But still I love Domino's pizza as per voucher price, and I love their peri peri sauce . Indian Paneer Tikka: In 2021, once the Paneer was smelling horrible - so I stopped eating this pizza from Strathfield Domino's. Location: It's good, parking is also available. Customer Service: Usually very good. Delivery guy was of full attitude. He came 2 hrs late, I was waiting down the driveway and the way he stopped bike was like almost run over me. Opened the bag and gave pizza with such look that I made him to come all the way to Flemington Station."

"We thank the shift on Sat night 24/6/2023 who helped solve a duplicate order issue. They did not charge us for the internet error. We very much appreciate the duty manager's understanding of the error"

"The past 3 deliveries were horrible. First delivery, the delivery driver was 25 mins over the expected delivery time. Both second and third delivery they forgot at least 1 item and missed my address. Trying to communicate with the driver is bad as I feel they don’t understand whatever you say. Delivery driver said it wasn’t his fault. Maybe it’s my fault right?"

"I ordered at 6.21 with an estimated delivery time of 6.51. I had to go downstairs at 7.26 to see why my delivery driver had been out the front but hadn't rung the bell. The food was cold. The food itself was okay but it would've been so much better if it was actually delivered on time. The food was ready at 6.45 so it had been ready for 40 minutes by the time i received it. Won't be ordering from here again. Update: they sent me a voucher to ask them for another chance. They failed miserably again. I did not lock it up, the person who picked it up was told we no longer have broccoli from now on. They did not mention they also didn't have rocket. I ordered double broccoli. Essentially 3 toppings were missing from my vegetarian pizza. I ordered over an hour in advance so they should've called to see if i wanted a substitute. Worst domino's I've ever ever ever encountered. I messaged their Facebook account and they told me they had organised a regional manager to call me. Noone has called."
