"I have seen the reviews, and I know most people only post when something bad happens, so I dont think the rating is fair. I have ordered pizzas regularly for the last 3 months from MV dominos and today was the first day my order was not right. I ordered the mega meatlovers however I received a pizza which im not sure what it is to be honest. But I called them, told them I had the wrong pizza and they organised the correct pizza to be redelivered and they also allowed me to keep the wrong pizza. The pizzas have always been good from this shop, and their customer service is solid."

"Ordered 3 deep pan pizzas, garlic bread and 1.25 lt drink tonight. Drink was not cold, garlic bread cold, all 3 pizzas made on thin crust base. Went inside the store to double check if the pizzas they made were on deep pan. John confirmed that they were all deep pan. Took a slice to show them, John accepted that they were not deep pan but it was not his fault, someone must have changed the container at the back. I asked for replacement pizzas to which John said he can't do it if they have been eaten. So without eating how else would someone know? Very bad customer service, terrible food and not accepting their own mistake even after being caught red handed."
