That's why we offer a range of professional pet services conveniently located in our stores. From grooming to training, our dedicated team is here to make your pet ownership journey as easy and enjoyable as possible.
Our store hours vary throughout the week, ensuring that you have ample time to visit us. From Monday to Thursday, we are open from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM. On Fridays, our doors are open until 9:00 PM, giving you extra time to shop after work. Saturdays offer early opening at 8:30 AM and closing at 6:00 PM, while Sundays provide a slightly shorter shopping window from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
For those who prefer weekday mornings, we have extended hours on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays, opening at 9:00 AM and closing at 5:00 PM. On Sundays, we open at 10:00 AM and close at 4:00 PM, with the same hours applying to public holidays.

"We walked into your Punchbowl store looking for a specific item and were immediately served by Dave. He stopped what he was doing with the shelves and he personally showed us where the cat litter was. I had an empty bag of the product so he knew exactly where it was.
