"The room itself was okay although as it was during an event the price was alot higher than the quality and service provided. However due to the occasion we can understand this. But not leftover biscuits being left in between the bed."

"Literally the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. It was £110 a night, expensive by Sydney standards, and while I know I'm paying for location, with that money they could afford to clean it and fix it up. Lift out of order, paint peeling off the walls, ominous stains on the bedroom walls, and a gross curtain dividing the bedroom from the shower in a twin room designed for sharing. It's not budget - it's crack den standard at high end prices."

"Definitely budget but you get what you pay for. The positives were the bed was comfortable and the location was good. The negatives is that the room had a funky smell and the toilet was taped up and the shower allowed water ti go all over the floor. I probably wouldn’t stay again."

"Room very small and basic but was cleaned everyday. Shower had good water pressure and plenty of hot water. If you are only sleeping in the room, it will be ok. There were no smells or bad experiences that other reviews mentioned. Staff always said good morning with a smile."

"The only thing great about this hotel is its location. Beds are terribly uncomfortable there were black marks in my linen and towels. Several areas on the walls had some sort of drip marks down them. Room is basic, which is fine being a budget hotel however when I was provided with new towels the old ones were not taken away and the bed was not remade just the towels dumped on the end of the bed. Light next to the bed doesn’t work and the fridge was so loud overnight that I had to unplug it. Also even though it’s budget I would expect hand soap at the sink. My room came with breakfast included but I was unable to have it as it was supposed to open at 7am but when I went down at 7.10 it was not organised yet (unable to stay due to other plans). Hotel lobby and halls are filthy and the area where the lifts were on my level smelt strongly of sewer. Should be cheap and cheerful but it is basic, run down and dirty. Will not be staying again."
