"I can't comment on the expertise of the hairdressers here as they were closed on the day I was booked in for, despite sending me a reminder message 2 days prior to my appointment which I confirmed by return text message. I had no call requesting to change my appointment beforehand nor any apology afterwards. 10 days later I dropped in to ask what happened and the girl on the front desk took my name and number and promised Alyssa, the owner, and the hairdresser I was booked in with, would call me. Two weeks later there has been no call from her. I will be happy to change this review if you can provide a copy of the text message you say you sent and which I have never received."
