"i just want to say the service there is incredible i got served by a smart, quick, magestic, work ethical, professional, blonde, 15 year old, 5"6ish, girl with captivating green eyes and i'm very satisfied with my order. The food is okay i guess but the service has absolutely made it a 5 star experience. Her communication skills inspired me as well as her ability to hand me a pizza. give this talented young lady a raise. her service made your shop my favourite fast food place."

"The staff are nice enough on the phone to explain why they are so busy... however, a "50 min delivery time" shouldn't be advised if it's going to be over 90 mins. Two calls to Crust and we were advised twice it was on the road. Are the drivers doing ten stops. Seriously Crust.. Upstaff, or give customers a more accurate delivery time."

"Ordered online, delivery said 40 mins. 80 mins later and two calls to the store, it arrived (mildly warm) and wrong. Paid for basil on the gluten free pizza, nothing there. The garlic and herb squares were the shape of a pizza and same taste as the normal Margherita. 5 measly chicken wings covered in rocket (tasted rank!) Waste of money ($60!!!!) and time. Would never order again. Trying to get a refund."

"Very poor. Sunday evening i ordered pizzas at 6:46 they didnt arrive until 8:27. Order docket stated 50mins. Called after an hour told it was on the way. Called 20mins after that to be told the driver was delivering Other orders. Terrible customer service. Will not be ordering again."

"Didn't have any issues with pickup. Went and ordered the pizzas, and the friendly staff provided the pizzas in 10 minutes as promised. The pizzas were not too bad."
