"I should have read the reviews before I came but all I wanted was to remove my 1.5 week old acrylic nails (as I only got them for an event) and I thought surely any nail salon would be able to competently do removal. I was wrong. The girl did not even soak my nails. She just ripped them off despite them being still strongly glued on and even though she could see I was in pain, she kept going. She made me bleed by how aggressively she clipped my cuticles and she did not think to apologise or check in with me. After reading the comments now, I see that this is a recurring pattern with the same technician. I would not return here and I would not recommend it to anyone."

"Have been there two times now. Both times I've asked for a natural looking SNS nails both times ending up with some blocky bright colour. It's a shame because they don't do a bad job. Just not good with doing natural looking SNS"

"I got my nails done yesterday and one has already snapped! I called to ask if I could come in to get it fixed and they wanted to charge me another $5 to get it done and then the lady hung up on me. I already paid $70 to get an infill the day before. It’s an absolute joke. I’ve never had a problem with the salon before this and now I won’t be back."

"The lady who did my nails ( she has the big bum) was super rude, kept hissing her teeth and shoving my fingers around. She left bubbles in my nails, she quoted me wrong, and once I got up to pay I was told an extra $5 for coffin shape. Didn’t know extra charges came with nail shape. The customer service was trash. Never going here again."

"I’m absolutely disappointed in this nail salon. I have been here a number of times to do my nails, however, not once have I ever been happy with the service. I kept going because it was close to me and I have little ones. The girls there pick and choose who to show respect to and be kind to. They are very passive aggressive and straight up rude. The last time I went one of the girls spoke to me in a very condescending way and she kept moving my foot aggressively and my foot hit the tub, she proceeded to point at the foot rest without even acknowledging how rough she was with me or simply apologising. She proceeded to keep laughing with her colleague. I left that place feeling very bad and disrespected. A lady who appears to be the manger or owner is always pleasant."
