Domino's Pizza Carlingford 312B Pennant Hills Road, Carlingford, New South Wales 2118

"Absolutely disgusting! If you are reading this, please, do yourself a favour and DON'T order from the Domino's Carlingford store. I use to love this store when the old owners were there, but since the reopening with the new owners it's very bad. I was so happy to see the store open again and I placed an order the other day and boy was I met with absolute shock. The delivery driver was so rude, he buzzed my door bell and demanded I come to his car to get my order, I told him please bring it to my door like all delivery drivers do and he started swearing at me. He finally came to my door after chucking a huge fit and told me my drinks were in his car and if I wanted them I needed to go to his car and get them. Well I asked my husband to step in and after he was approached kindly by my husband he went and got the rest of my order from his car. I opened the box and I was shocked. The pizza smelt weird and the dough looked raw. After taking a few bites I decided not to eat anymore. The next day my stomach was sore and I had food poisoning. The shake was rock hard and curdled, you could clearly tell it was premade a week ago and placed in the freezer, also the flavour was wrong and had no cream. I decided not to drink it because you could see it was off. I received a full refund after complaining. I will never order from here again. Also the people in this area will not tolerate this so this store will not survive for very long. As you can see from the other reviews, dominos is commenting saying the store was closed due to storm damage, which is absolutely rubbish. I was told directly from an inside source that the old owners sold the store back to head office, then head office came in and managed the store until new franchisees came in and purchased it. Well now you have a new owner that is running the store into the ground with old food that is clearly off, only putting the pizzas in the oven for a few minutes to save on electricity and preparing shakes so he has no food waste. If you don't want food poisoning, clearly stay away from this store. There are plenty other businesses in this area with fresh, amazing food that will deliver to you with a smile. Please see pictures below. You can see how curdled the shake is on the straw and it's so thick and off."

"Domino Carlingford started taking orders and were happy when I got the pizza. I felt something strange while eating pizza. Unlike the picture that looked like a lot of cheese, the dough was not actually cooked. I was worried that my stomach would pain while eating. I couldn't order for more than 5 months. When I tried online, the delivery option was rejected because it was not local in the next town of Epping, and the local shop only had boxes piled up in the store. Of course, I couldn't order. I'm disappointed with the pizza I've been waiting for so long."

"Worst pizza I've ever had, never order from here. Not even a proper pizza. Missing toppings, toppings laid out everywhere and badly cut. Wasted 50 bucks, just hoping that I don't get sick from eating this. Garbage could be better than this, all workers should get fired and replaced into proper ones."

"Domino's current Customer Appreciation Day flyer delivered to our letterbox lists discounts available at Domino's Carlingford. The store is closed and full of boxes. Why list the store and distribute it in the local area? Shows how much they "Appreciate" customers. False, misleading advertising and possibly a breach of consumer law."

"Order 18 pizzas for a party last week. Everything was good other than having 5 wrong pizzas. Maybe it was a honest mistake as the topping was right but the base was incorrect. The team working there seem nice and friendly. Update - Domino's Pizza is now under new management and it shows. All the pizzas were correct and presented well."
