"Do not go to this place for eyelash lift!! They ruined and damaged the eyelashes on one of my eyes so it is very frizzy and curled in different directions which will take MONTHS to heal. They also managed to damage and curl my lower lashes?? For my other eye it is barely curled and also curled in the wrong/different directions so now the lashes of my eyes are uneven with one damaged/one not curled properly. Totally unprofessional - she was also on her phone when she was doing my lashes. She took no responsibility for her actions when I told her I was unhappy with the results she said it was because my lashes are tiny and short. When I asked for a refund the owner refused and said she didn’t like doing that. I also do not like having to pay money to have my lashes damaged so I feel like it was no unreasonable for me to ask to get a refund at least?? Seriously don’t go here unless you want to risk having damaged lashes. See my photos for reference"
