Domino's Pizza Lane Cove 18 Birdwood Lane, Lane Cove, New South Wales 2066

"Horrible experience. Very unreliable delivery service. Have to call the restaurant multiple times to check delivery status. The food is not hot nor served properly. We ordered a Choco lava cake, it was more like melted chocolate smeared on paper along with disappointed bread there for namesake. The pizza was clearly made by a teenager in a hurry, toppings everywhere and a sorry excuse for a pizza. However, at least the pasta was good. A tad bit undercooked, however it still tasted delicious."

"Called 25 minutes after I ordered to say they were too busy to deliver. Unless I could come and pick it up they were going to cancel my order. Disappointing to say the least. Would have been nice if they called much earlier so I could have ordered from somewhere else straight away."

"This has got to be one of the best domino's stores around! Always have a fantastic experience when doing delivery (have three young kids so quick, easy and tasty deliveries are essential!), pizzas are always on time, fresh and hot. I normally don't write reviews but felt I had to after my last experience with them. I went into the store at closing time the other week and saw the staff cleaning up. I normally wouldn't, but it was my daughters birthday, so I asked a guy working there (very tall, blonde, looked like store manager) if there was any chance they could still make a pizza and a shake for my daughter and he did not hesitate at all, even though it was a couple of minutes before closing and other domino's I've been to in the past haven't had their shake machine working at that time. He proceeded to make the food (perfectly might I add) and was so friendly with my daughter who was finishing her birthday celebrations and had clearly had way too much sugar hahaha!!!!! He even showed her a card trick with her new deck of cards. Was just such a pleasant experience and I will gladly continue ordering from this domino's and using them for birthday catering's too."

"The last photo attached is from Domino's Pizza Wollongong. This is how a normal pizza look like for the record. The worst pizza that I had ever. Not even proper sauce in pizza. The dough base not cooked properly. No mentioned ingredients. It is supposed to have cottage cheese. The pizza is really really dry and did not taste well. Called the store to complain and even the Manager or workers never accept their fault. The success of a business is when they serve good products to customers. Not bad and then justify it. Get your pizzas from another store if you want value and quality For your record, I am attaching a photo of the Pizza that I bought from Domino's pizza Wollongong that I bought today (18/07/2022). This is how a pizza should look like If you guys don't really know how to make one."
