"I was searching for a hair salon that could colour my hair and I’m glad I found ColourLoft at Ingleburn. Since the majority of reviews are from females, I’ll give you from a guys perspective. From the phone call, registration of details, waiting to be served on arrival and process of colouring my hair was top notch. To make a booking, you can book online or call the store. You will then receive a confirmation email and proceed to the salon at booking time. Upon arrival I was offered a bottle of water for a brief wait on the comfy sofa and a coffee while my hair was being coloured. I was served by Joumama and she offered great advice for colouring my type of hair, service and throughout the process she was very friendly and polite. I’m super pleased with the outcome, my hair and colour now refreshed. Joumana was very honest and acknowledged that she wasn’t good at styling men’s hair. I was okay with it as I wasn’t going anywhere but home, but perhaps something to work on in the future if more men do decide to come. Also, because the salon is inside a warehouse, it gets a bit chilly inside, more warmth needs to be provided to make guests feel comfortable. Overall, quality, service, pricing is outstanding from my perspective and I’ll be happy to go back next time. Review 2: 18 Aug 2023: For those that have not been here, the Ingleburn store is inside a warehouse which supply all the hair & beauty products for all their stores. The hair salon can fit a maximum 3 clients at one time, very small but cosy. Because of its inside a warehouse, it can be quite cold in winter, but their customer service is exceptional providing heaters and blankets if needed. Tea, coffee and some small snacks offered which you don’t get from other salons to get you settled in. Staff one again very friendly and professional to give you the best advice for your hair. After my hair wash this time, I got a head massage which I didn’t have last time, very good and relaxing touch to finish off before a blow dry and styling."

"This has to be by far the best hair salon I’ve been to! Joumana, Sandra and Silvia are the best hairdressers I’ve come across. They were really honest with my hair extensions and knew what was best for me. I went and didn’t have to worry about a thing. The girls are amazing and fun, I just love going there every time!
