"I use to go to this pizza store often however the last time I ordered a pizza here I ordered extra cheese (x 2) but they skipped on the toppings and there were parts of the pizza with nothing but pizza sauce. I decided to give Domino's another go and ordered extra topping and my pizza was STILL skimped on toppings with spaces in the cheese ans meat! I paid extra for more toppings and yet my pizza looked like it barely had anything on it! Not only that but when I ordered a pizza for my kids it also had hardly any cheese on it! It's a wonder why people go to crust or another pizza store because at least you know you'll get your money's worth! Very disappointing."
"My order was never delivered. Called the store and was told that I should check tracker as the delivery is complete. However, the tracker never showed the delivery being completed, it only showed delivery in progress. I tried to provide constructive feedback that Dominos should adopt a similar process as KFC or Amazon delivery, where they will take a photo to evidence where the delivery was placed. However, the store manager spoke over the top of me and was not receptive to my feedback."
