""I won't come here again," were the exact words that echoed in my mind the moment I stepped into the wretched embrace of the "Pestilence Palace." The air itself was a nauseating blend of decay and desperation, as if the walls themselves were sighing in resignation. Cockroaches, seemingly the only inhabitants truly at home, greeted me as if I were an uninvited guest in their realm. They skittered across the floors and walls with an audacity that left me questioning my own sanity for staying even a moment longer. The carpets, worn and stained with the memories of countless regretful visitors, seemed to harbor secrets better left untold. The furniture, a collection of mismatched relics from decades past, added to the overall aura of discomfort. Venturing into the bathroom was an exercise in suppressing a shudder. Grimy tiles and a shower curtain that looked as if it had faced countless battles and lost every one painted a picture of neglect that was impossible to ignore. The staff, if you could even call them that, wore expressions of indifference that seemed to be their uniform. Requests for basic amenities were met with shrugged shoulders and vacant stares, solidifying the sense that I was a mere inconvenience in their world. As I surveyed the scene of my unwitting torture, a sense of clarity washed over me. The "Pestilence Palace" had earned its name with a dedication I hadn't anticipated. With a vow never to return, I made my escape from this nightmare, forever haunted by the memory of an experience I could only label as a stay gone horribly wrong."
"Very run down, we had to change rooms as our first one everything was broken. 2nd room ok very out dated look. The shower was amazing. It had 2 shower heads. Won't be back. Sorry Pictures of 2nd room"
"We had to book this using our Wyndham membership points, as we did not get the Wyndham in city. Rooms were sub standard having cracks in the roof. Not maintained well. The aircon was old and was having mould inside. Which is a health hazard. They should change the aircon. Room no 116. Will not recommend."
"Looks appealing but there are a lot of things that need repairing, most things have been attempted to be repaired looks like a home handyman has tried to do it, unsuccessfully. Restaurant staff couldn't even organise a Vegetarian Nachos, as apparently they come pre-prepared with the meat on them - hmm don't think so. Buffet breakfast was average at best"
"My wife and I attended a local neurofeedback training course, so we booked the closest hotel ‘Ramada’ to the venue. I am sorry to say but this is the worst accommodation we have ever stayed at. The accommodation is run down, its dirty, and the maintenance people must be Fred Flintstone and Barney Rubble because the toilet plumbing is held together in room 230 with duct tape, the shower keeps running, and the floor tiling design results in water going everywhere when you have a shower. We reluctantly tried the restaurant on our first evening, the service was poor. We order two meals, and they got it wrong, and the quality of the food was pitiable. Please avoid this place. I feel resentful giving it one star."
