Domino's Pizza Pymble

"AVOID AT ALL COST!!! I have not used Pymble Domino’s for a long time and today’s experience reminded me why. Pizza was completely cold, toppings covered less than half the base on one pizza and the other base was not even cooked and was the wrong base and suppose to be deep pan. Completely disgusting. Why call the store to complain again when they do this again and again and offer a voucher or to resend the same meal and have the same experience. I won’t be using them again. Never again. I now know why domino’s share price is a third of what it used to be. Get South Turramurra pizza, 10x better every time."

"It was my first time trying pizza at Domino’s Pymble. I thoroughly enjoyed each slice of it. Good amount of toppings and the base was really thin and crusty (as ordered). A good hats up to the amazing team!!! Will surely be back again!"

"I've had so many issues with this Dominos, I'm not sure why I keep using them. Tonight was the last straw. Waited 90+ minutes for pizzas that were never delivered. When I called to ask about where they might be, they hung up on me the first time and refused to believe me the second time, when I told them they never arrived. I wouldn't usually care this much, but I ordered them as a treat for my son. So disappointing, and terrible service. I will absolutely be sending my business elsewhere."

"Absolute worst dominos experience at the Pymble store!!! Not only did this pathetic excuse of the "deluxe" pepperoni that had no sauce and seemed to not even been through the oven arrived. I called the store for a replacement. They couldn't track down my order details using my name or address even though I ordered through their website. After 30mins nothing had arrived so I called again. The manager told me he was taking it out of the oven himself as we spoke. 50mins later and nothing had arrived. I called the store again only to be met with abuse from the manager (again couldn't recall my order/issue) Yelling at me shut up and that he needed to call the driver. I was told it was with the driver for almost an hour. 1hr 15mins now and I still don't have my replacement pizza. We started our order at 8.10pm it is now 10.20pm and I have just been called to say it cannot be delivered at all. RIDICULOUS!!!"

"Ordered pizza tonight all 3 was burnt very disappointed will never get pizza delivery again. After speaking with the store manger he agreed to remake the pizzas and send it out again. Normally I have never had problems with this store."
