"Bad customer service, they jam in as many clients only to have them wait for the staff to rotate amongst each client. It took 3 hours for an all over colour (no highlight) and cut. I have a credit sitting with this store but refuse to go back."

"Every time I go I have a great experience. The staff are friendly and thoughtful - asking if I want coffee or water while I wait for my hair to be done. They are very talented, I have had balayage 3-4 times, they always do an amazing job. Very well priced for hair as well, other places I have been quoted 400-600. They are always willingly to answer any questions you have about bleach, colour, hair protection, products etc."

"Do you want a botched job & rude customer service? If yes, then this is the place for you! Come down to Vianna's to only be attended an hour & a half after you arrive. If you like an overbooked salon, with only 3 hairdressers & 9 clients then Vianna's is a perfect match. Make sure to show them an image of the hair colour you want, to only receive something completely different & not what you asked for. To top it off, if you're not happy & upset at how it took 6-7 hours for them to turn your hair grey, you'll receive attitude & dismissive comments from Vianna & her team. 1) Vianna needs to learn how to take criticism or have a better approach when it comes to clients left unhappy. Vianna made me feel extremely uncomfortable & as for her hairdresser Melinda, a few training workshops on customer service is well needed. 2) This is by far the worst hair salon & experience I have been through. I would not recommend this place to anyone. It shocks me how they would even let a paying customer walk out of their hair salon with the results they gave me. If I hadn't asked multiple times to come back & get it fixed, they would not have offered. Instead, their advice was "just wash it & the grey will go away". Every girl wants to feel a million bucks walking out of the hair salon with fresh hair. Vianna's Hair made me feel like crying and wanting to hide. I was told I could not go as light as I wanted, which, I understood. However, I did not walk in asking for an overly toned Ash/grey look. They did what they wanted with my hair, thinking it was the right move & ended up making it ugly. The least they could do is own up for their actions & go about it nicely. Please do not bother coming here, look at the negative reviews & save your hair from this place."

"Not worth the amount paid ($450) and unfriendly service. Workers looked like they didn't really want to be there and didn't really seem that anyone was very experienced or passionate about what they were doing. I booked for a saturday and listed some of my available days, giving them options to let me know if there was a good day to book in just in case they were too busy. They booked in with my first choice and I was hoping that I would have a dedicated person to look after my hair for the day. Arrived on the day and ended up staying for 9 hours even though the time stated was 5-6 hours. My stylist worked on more than three different people and the salon was packed, other people waited ages as well to get out of the door. I did my hair at a different salon and had long regrowth which they complained about and there was a red band that they were finding difficult to lift. Made me feel bad about the regrowth and the red band and at the end, I feel like the job was half-arsed because of it. On their instagram you can see that they can produce really good results but I felt like they didn't really try with my hair. They left my ends the old colour and didn't blend the freshly bleached top with the old colour at the ends. When I complained that the colour was a bit yellow and didn't match the image I showed (mojka screenshot), they offer to touch it up which I appreciated. When I came in the second time (2 weeks after), Vianna had a look at my hair and said that she'd make it darker to blend the top and bottom together. I was no colour expert so I just trusted her decision. What I think should've happened was that she should've bleached the band and ends again for a bit then tone it. What she did was the lazy way: make me brown to cover up the uneven shades of blonde, then when she realised she made me wayy too dark, she asked one of the assistants to wash it out three times, making my hair very dry. I overheard the assistant ask her if she should use normal shampoo or purple shampoo for me and they ended up just using normal shampoo so they did not tone my hair, making it very yellowy brown. (Btw i use my own purple shampoo and conditioner at home but it is not enough to fix the ugly colour) I complained the first time that my hair was very dry after the service but they did not take that feedback into account the second time and my hair ended up being very dry again the second time. Don't seem to care about hair health. They made the colour worst the second time but when I asked for a partial refund so that I could get my hair re-coloured at a different salon, they refused. About service, it was meh. I have been to better salons that try to make you feel more comfortable and offer you times to eat and go to the bathroom. For a service that takes 9 hours, I believe that should've been taken into account. I prepared my own food and water because I knew bleaching and colouring my hair would take long based on previous experience, but not once was I asked/ or anyone else in the salon that I know, if we needed to take a break from the seat or if I needed that bathroom. In my other experiences in other salon, courtesy around this has been much better. I was also not informed of processes. Most of the time I didn't really know what was going on. My stylist would be in the middle of doing my hair then suddenly leave for an hour. Then another stylist would come and cut my hair or something. Staff also aren't very gentle, kept knocking my ears and piercings (one got very infected, had to go doctors) and don't brush hair gently (they just brush it straight from the roots yanking at the knots instead of gently pulling the knots apart and holding the hair so it doesn't tug on the roots - a pet peeve of mine). Pros: 2 min head massage was pretty good (tho at other salons they do a head massage every time they wash your hair, not just once) and hair cut was pretty decent (had to tell the hair stylist multiple times how i wanted it but end result wasn't bad). Very unsatisfied and upset overall and I would not recommend this salon."

"Love getting my hair done here. This time got extensions and bleached blonde. Been going to them for the past 2 years for bleach and colour, and I always come away with great colour. This time around was my first time getting extensions and I’m pleased with the result! The colour of my own hair blended so well with the extensions."
