"Had many issues with past owners - small pizzas with hardly any sauce or toppings, but new owners are much better. Pizzas are delicious and orders are always on time and hot! Have only had one small issue with an order and was given a new pizza for free and was sent a deal in the mail later in the week - excellent service!"

"I recently came across a deal on the Domino's app that seemed perfect for my kids, so I decided to visit the store to make a purchase. However, I was disappointed to find that the staff seemed unaware of the deal and were unable to assist me. After showing them the deal, I ordered a pizza, but unfortunately, it turned out to be the worst pizza I have ever had. The pizza had burnt sides and was lacking in cheese, making it taste like burnt bread. Additionally, the toppings were not satisfactory, with only a few pieces of tomato added to one Margherita pizza and a few more to the other. I was left confused about whether Margherita pizza even includes tomatoes. As a regular customer of Domino's, I was extremely disappointed with the quality of the pizza I received. If a company offers a deal, it is essential that they maintain their standards and ensure that the pizza tastes just as good as it would without the deal. I urge Domino's to improve the quality of their pizzas and train their staff better. The staff should be aware of the deals and promotions they offer so that customers can receive the benefits they are promised. As a suggestion, Domino's could offer a refund or replacement to customers who have had a bad experience. I would not recommend this particular Domino's location based on my experience. I hope this review will be taken seriously, and steps will be taken to ensure that such incidents are avoided in the future."

"We ordered delivery at 6:30 and when the order didn’t come after the specified time. We tried calling at 7:20 and the phone doesn’t work. We ended going to the store where our order had been sitting in the hot rack for an hour. We asked for them to remake the order which they had, so Thankyou for doing that. However, I’m disappointed that no resolution was provided that we had to come to get the order when selecting for delivery. While we have never had any issues previously, this was extremely disappointing as it is my birthday today and I was excited to get pizza from somewhere we have never had an issues. Unfortunately we won’t be returning to the store and will drive a little further out to go elsewhere now."

"I went to this store on a super busy Thursday evening. I’m a regular here from a while and the staff is always very friendly. But today it appeared bit overwhelming, heaps of orders on the screen and just 2 girls literally running in the store. Felt sorry for how rigorously they were working. But as always great service guaranteed. Shoutout to fantastic management. The lady manager was amazing. It looked like it was very hectic for her to manage all that but she did and that too with a smile on her face. Keep it up dominos. Will visit soon again."
