"Steer clear of this place beds not cleaned , layed on them for not even 10 min and was so itchy I couldn't stop scratching, bathroom filthy some kind of brown dried liquid on both walls and roof also the dining table had little bugs falling on my legs from the underside of it and it was literally falling appart!! My partner and I wernt there for more than 20 minutes and had to leave cause of the state of the place. The only good thing about it was the nice service."

"This place is amazing, close to all the shops. Within walking distance to the train station. Allanahs in house dining is great affordable and 5 star quality. They have really picked up their game from previous comments. I believe previous guests may have been expecting to much. It’s classy with added style and vintage within. Will 100% be back"

"My extended stay ,at the hotel was an expirence ill never forget. Due to differnt life obsticals, i ended up staying for 3.3yrs, but my family who are all the staff including management ,were very friendly, helpful, kind, certious, bubly, cheerful, understanding and compasionate. Its not every day you loose someone close to me but they realy helped me through the. situation. The management are to be comended who run the hotel , not the ones on the site the generals . Thank you for your much aprieciated help, otherwise who knows where i would have ended up. "This hotel is for mainly department of housing emergency accommodation rooms a fairly clean. Carpet floors do feel somewhat greasy and yucky on the feet, though rooms are kept clean and bedsheets changed daily which is a plus. Friendly staff makes your stay that bit more comfortable"

"Worst motel I have ever been to!!!! one way to discribe it DIRTY!!! The sheets, pillows, toilet, shower were disgusting! I'm not a very picky person with motels but this place is horrible. Avoid staying here! Go up the road 100m to ibis motel cheaper and the main thing CLEAN! I feel bad for reception that has to deal with customers that are unhappy, due to the owner obviously scimpimg out on cleaning and maintaining the rooms to an acceptable standard."
