Domino's Pizza North Ryde

"This used to be great place to have great service and great pizzas, but then there was change of ownership many years ago, and from there the quality of the pizzas went downhill. We still order from here occasionally due to convenience, but today was the last time due to big failure to make pre-ordered pizzas ready on time. Staff was not even apologetic for 40 min delay but keep on insisting that so many customers they had to serve. I ordered the pizzas well in advance so preparing our pizzas on time should not have been an issue. But obviously it was for this place. And as an icing "large" pizza is like mini pizza, it is not enough for one. Stay away from this place, it is just getting worse and worse for service, quality and size."

"I wrote a bad review for this store about a year ago when i got a pizza delivered it was cold and the pizza didn't have many toppings. Ive driven to the store a few times to order and take away since then and i have to say that the current staff are awesome, they are hard working, nice to deal with and the pizzas they are bumping out are absolutely amazing quality!! Im really impressed and i highly recommended!"

"Probably the most terrible Domino‘s in Australia. Toppings are not evenly distributed, and the quality is bad. Better to visit other local pizza restaurants or Epping Domino’s."

"That is how chicken toppings and peri peri sauce looks like. They made a mistake for a pickup order and when asked to replace my correct order, answered me to come and pick my order again and why should I go back for the team mistake. And on top it not even an apology just like you will get a voucher of you post your review online go ahead. It's not about voucher it's about how to treat the customer and look after the store, very bad customer experience. I understand people make mistake when busy but not trying to correct it is not acceptable."

"Totally disgusted with the kind of service they are offering. Their response has been very poor lately in store with all the new staff. Looks like either the new staff isn’t trained properly or probably some of them are just hopeless. I ordered pizza on Friday with the toastie crust. They ran out of stock & didn’t bother to call & check, instead made a deep pan without consulting. My order was to be ready at 9:11pm (got a text from Domino’s), whereas they started making order at 9:20. I waited for additional 30mins. On top of this the young lady didn’t even call out name when I saw that it was my order & put it in the hot box. I saw this & went inside the store to ask, she was reluctant & rude & just didn’t respond & left with her delivery orders even after asked thrice. It looks like they only care about delivery orders. She also didn’t know how to cut the pizza. I had to cut it again with a knife at home. Toppings were nothing, I could get a better pizza at pizza hut store for this price. Don’t think I’ll go back here as they don’t care for their regular customers at all."
