"Booked manicure pedicure for our wedding. Waited 20 minutes, no acknowledgement at all. Ended up leaving and telling the staff that and they ignored us as we walked out. I'm a regular here and this is the first time I've ever had this experience but seems like it's becoming the norm looking at the newest reviews. I will never go back. Unacceptable."

"Great experience overall, the staff are polite and the shop is clean and tidy. The place is usually empty and quiet but it's located inside a little centre. The only downfall is that they do not shave the feet for dead skin during a pedi."

"this place is the absolute worst nail salon I have even been to in my life! I would not recommend this place to even my worst enemy my full set of acrylics took over 2 hours and my 2 year niece could have done a better job they look absolutely atrocious!!!! I paid $100 and they had the audacity to charge me $2 per crystal for my nails which I could purchase at Kmart for 50c. I went back the next day to complain and they wanted to charge me $50 to remove the set PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE IM WARNING YOU NOW!!!!!"

"Terrible service. I made an appointment two weeks ago for my daughters birthday. Turned up at 11am and was made to wait 40min. When I enquired multiple times about how much longer we had to wait, I was rudely dismissed with a wave of the hand. We walked out, nails not done and 40min wasted. Ruined my daughters birthday surprise."

"My wife comes here regularly and so does my mum. After today's incident we will stop going here. My wife made an appointment 1 month ago specially for today as she has an event tomorrow 24th June 2021. The appointment was made on site not over the phone. And the lady making the appointment also wrote it down in front of my wife. After walking into the appointment she was told and harassed that she shouldn't have made an appointment so far in advance and the appointment needs to be re confirmed by my wife before coming in. What??? Firstly the shop should ring the customer not the other way around. The whole purpose of making the appointment is so it is booked in! We will be recommending other nail shops to our friends and family. Shes been supporting this business for nearly 3 years since they open. Even during covid. Sad to see this is how they value clients."
