"I had an incredible experience at this salon! I decided to trust them with fixing my hair colour that was previously messed up with a different hairdresser, and I couldn't be happier with the results. From the moment I walked in, the staff were warm and welcoming. They truly listened to my concerns and understood the look I was aiming for. The hairstylists Bella and Lexi worked on my hair were absolute experts. They skillfully assessed the condition of my hair and recommended the best approach to achieve the desired ,correct colour and cut for my hair. Throughout the process, they made sure I was comfortable and informed about each step. The end result exceeded my expectations. A big big thank you to Daniel who is incredibly knowledgeable and for the guidance provided throughout the whole process of my hair colour. My hair looks stunning – it's even, vibrant, and has a beautiful dimension to it. The salon has a relaxing ambiance, making my visit not just about the transformation, but also about the overall experience. "Called up to book a colour here and when I came in I realised there was a miscommunication about pricing which was rectified pretty quickly by the owner which I appreciated. However when it was time to do my hair I was put with Lexi. She did my hair and did not utter a single word to me. I felt so awkward and uncomfortable and not welcome in that salon. I couldn't understand why she wasn't speaking to me. The energy was horrible. All around me other stylists were laughing and talking with their clients yet she ignored me. I still don't know why. It was my first time in this salon as well. You would think a first time client would be treated in a more friendly manner.. It was the worst experience. I walked out feeling so deflated. I emailed the owner that day to tell him about my experience and he didn't bother to reply which I think further shows the lack of care and consideration to their clients. Ignored by the stylist and the owner. How embarrassing that you run a business this way."
