Domino's Pizza Melton

"There is never enough topping... including the 'fancy' range and the 'cheaper' range. $5 for a pizza, but... you need to ask for extra EVERYTHING, making it one expensive pizza! Also, they also are now charging an extra 'surcharge' for pick up and delivery after 10pm in the evening, and on public holidays, calling it a 'public holiday surcharge fee' you are advised of at the beginning of the phone call. And it's not a small amount of money. The food itself is MOSTLY ok, but definitely room for improvement. Several times, the food has not been cooked long enough and is very 'doughy' in the centre, especially the 'mini range'. It is false advertising (they weigh EVERY ingredient per pizza and 9 time's out of ten... it ALL lands on the one side) It's very disappointing as we really enjoy the pizza bases and the cheese and garlic scrolls. However, they have a limit of scrolls they sell daily, so you need to get in early. They're open later than other takeaway restaurants, but by late evening, there is limited food left to purchase. Also, chips are NOT deep fried, they are baked in the pizza oven. Approached management who promised to make sure we finally received the extras we have paid for EVERY time, but not received, by making it himself. But that ended up being one of the worst orders we've received. If you call to advise them, they offer one free small value range pizza on your next visit, valued at $3-$5! When you pay around $2.50 for every added extra on a pizza with 6 or so different ingredients, I feel this is pretty unfair. No wheelchair access due to a step up."

"This location is located on High Street in the heart of Melton. My takeaway order was accurate, hot, and looked like the images on the menu. I was greeted upon entry and felt the atmosphere was gleeful. The decor and setting in the joint is old. Interior design and flooring is in need of a serious update. Overall, as expected."

"Order 3 items today Chicken wings were raw from inside,soggy and soupy outside layer. 2.veg Pizza not baked well,sauce tasted very raw 3Choco lava cake was fully cooked like brownie as name says choco lava, there was no lava (melted chocolate)"

"Ordered a pizza last week and it didn’t arrive for over 1.5 hours. When it came it was the wrong pizza so we were told another would be sent out. The second pizza arrived another hour later and the pizza with the Lot had half the ingredients MISSING. The garlic scrolls are also no longer scrolls and were dry and horrible. So in summary, nearly a 3 hour wait for food we didn’t order that tasted like rubbish and no response to our feedback form for a week. They’ll be lucky if we ever go there again. Stone Bar & Grill is WAAAY better!"
