Domino's Pizza Auburn

"Ordered dominoes through doordash app. An hour passed by and the status in the app was still “preparing your food” . Called the store and asked the status of my order. They said they didn’t see the order went through to their system but when they checked their doordash app, my order popped up. They said they’d hurried the order and will be delivered within 30mins. I accepted and waited. Another hour passed by and no delivery, no calls. Called the store again, no answer this time. At this point, I realised they’re not going to deliver my order and took the money. Contacted doordash and they gave me back what I paid for. Terrible service!"

"Ordered through the app. Took almost 2 hours for delivery. Called the shop and they said driver was 15 mins away. Half an hour later still no delivery. Called again and said the driver is 5-10 mins away. Their excuse was the driver had over 10 deliveries to do. Order finally came but missing garlic bread. Driver said he will get it and come back. Still hasn’t come. Meanwhile pizza was cold, stale and one of the pizzas had a hair on it. Absolutely disgusting!"

"Tried to order pizza I wanted twice from this store. Arrived cold and missing ingredients on both occasions. Offered a free pizza from Domino's representative to make up for the issues. Tried to redeem it and code doesn't work. Absolutely hopeless company."

"For some reason, my order always arrives 2 hours late. Idk what the management is doing, but that's not how you do business. And I ordered a large pizza, but it looked small. The guy on the phone kept arguing with me that I'm accusing him of fraud. In the picture we can clearly see the pizza is so small. Just compare it to other pictures posted on reviews! That's unethical business practices! I wish someone from dominos contacts me for this."

"Pre ordered giving 75 minutes notice and they hadn't even finished cooking by the time they should have arrived. Ended up 30 minutes late. Pizzas are now so small they really shouldn't get away with calling them large. At least they were still warm I guess."
