"Large pizza was so small; I can't even imagine what their range of mini pizzas would be like. Size of a bagel maybe? I had the Loaded Supreme and it tasted terrible; way too much sauce and the spring onions tasted old and bitter."

"I paid $20 for a super supreme pizza it was smaller than the normal size pizza and poorly cooked. The pizza base was drowned in the sauce and the base became watery. Worst pizza I had in my entire life. Never again."

Thought the quality would suffer with the discount, however, we were pleasantly surprised with the quality of the pizzas! Also, the large order was ready and well packed as mentioned on our arrival to pick up! Keep up the good quality customer service."

"We made a $77 dollar order for three vegan pizzas and four garlic breads. 15 minutes before our order was scheduled to arrive, we received a call from an employee informing us that there was no vegan beef, despite it being an option on the website (one of the pizzas was a custom pizza with double vegan beef). He hurriedly stated that I needed to pick another ingredient to add to the pizzas instead of the mock meat. In a rush I said maybe mushrooms? After which he hung up. Once off the phone, I thought about it and realised that my custom pizza already had mushrooms, and was meant to have double beef. As this was an expensive order, it made no sense to me to have triple mushrooms and basic vegetables on a pizza that was meant to cost $20 on its own. I called back within 2 minutes, but the phone was not answered until 3 minutes later. I asked to cancel my order and get a refund so we could go to a pizza store that actually had the vegan options it promised, such as crust or the local pizzeria. I was bluntly told that they had already made the pizzas so there was nothing they could do. Now I'm a millennial, I'm no Karen - I was very polite on the phone and it takes a lot for me to complain. But I was not happy with the customer service let alone the fact that we were not being given what we had ordered. I said could we instead have a partial refund. The guy on the phone said best he could do was next time we ordered, we could have 2 free toppings on our pizza. That's a value of $2. I said that there wouldn't be a next time, because we wouldn't be returning. This isn't the first time we've had issues with Cherrybrook Domino's, with my husband Alex having had incorrect orders and horrid customer service in the past too. When my custom pizza arrived, it definitely didn't have enough mushrooms on it to correlate x2 vegan beef plus mushrooms. Not to mention it has spinach on it despite no order for spinach. My friend who is passing by Thornleigh Domino's has ordered vegan beef on its own from there and we'll be putting it on our pizzas ourselves."

"Hi, I wanted to leave some feedback. Yesterday, 17/12/2022, we ordered 12 pizzas from Dominos, Cherrybrook NSW to be served at my son’s birthday party. The pizzas were the easily the worst we’ve ever had. I hesitate to even call them pizzas as they were just dough with no sauce, no cheese and no toppings. See pictures attached. It was extremely embarrassing for me as a host as I didn’t have any other food options available as pizza was meant to be the meal. The number of pizzas we had leftover showed how unpalatable the food was. The poor service from dominos ruined our event and left us embarrassed and stressed. When I called the store to complain, your employee did not even apologise but rather, in an uncaring and impersonal tone asked me to leave feedback online. As a loyal Dominos customer, I am shocked to see the poor quality of product and terrible customer service provided by this store. We have never had an experience like this with any other Dominos store before and I wanted to bring it to your attention. I wish to be compensated for the terrible experience that I was put through.
