"Poor service. The spa was non-operational (and possibly closed for years) despite being advertized on the motel sign outside. Also had to wait a long time to use the sauna then wait for it to heat up. This is the last time I'm staying here."

"Rooms are decent and quiet to have a good sleep. Although I appreciate the effort of 1 person serving breakfast for all the guests. The breakfast consists of only cereal, bread, juice, and milk. Location is a 25 mins walk to the shops in town and probably just 15 mins walk to the Three sisters and other surrounding hiking tracks. No playroom or playground if you have kids."
"Clean room, good location. Generally speaking good value. When we first checked in we noticed our room has this strong bleach smell. We opened the window for a few hours but didn't really help. The smell was so strong and it made both my husband and I start to get sick. We guessed the cleaner spilled bleach on the carpet. We complaint to the front desk and finally changed to another room. Nice and helpful staff."
